ADR dangerous goods transport across Europe

We plan and coordinate the transport of dangerous goods, taking into account the cargo classification, labelling, documents, safety requirements and the conditions of the chosen route.

When is ADR transport required?

Dangerous goods need more than the right vehicle

ADR requirements apply to cargo whose properties may pose a risk to people, the environment or property. Safe transport depends on accurate classification, proper packaging and labelling, correctly prepared documents and a well planned route.

We assess every inquiry individually, based on the cargo details provided and the expected transport conditions.

  • Cargo classification

To assess an inquiry we need the UN number, the proper shipping name and the ADR class of the cargo.

  • Packaging and labelling

The cargo must be properly packed and labelled according to the dangerous goods requirements that apply to it.

  • Transport documents

Before transport we check that all documents describing the cargo and its transport conditions have been provided.

  • Choice of route and vehicle

The vehicle and route are chosen according to the cargo classification, quantity and the restrictions that apply.

Safe ADR transport

Every transport detail matters

Dangerous goods transport is planned only after assessing the properties of the cargo, its stated classification and the transport conditions. We coordinate the process from the first check of the cargo data to choosing the right vehicle and route.

  • Cargo data check

We assess the UN number, ADR class, packing group and other transport information provided by the consignor.

  • Choosing the right vehicle

The vehicle and its equipment are chosen according to the cargo properties, quantity, packaging and transport conditions.

  • Packaging and labelling

Before transport we check that the cargo is properly packed, labelled and ready for safe loading.

  • Document review

We check that the transport documents and cargo data are sufficient for the planned transport.

  • Loading and load securing

We take into account cargo stability, compatibility and safe load securing requirements during transport.

  • Route planning

The route is assessed according to the nature of the cargo, possible restrictions, the delivery point and the delivery deadline.

Final transport conditions are set individually once we have the exact cargo data and documents.

How is the transport organised?

From cargo data to safe delivery

We assess every ADR shipment individually. First we gather accurate cargo data, then choose the transport solution, agree the transport conditions and coordinate delivery.

  1. Inquiry assessment

We collect information about the cargo: UN number, ADR class, packing group, quantity, packaging type and the loading and delivery locations.

  2. Choosing the solution

Based on the data provided, we assess the requirements for the vehicle, equipment, labelling, documents and route.

  3. Agreeing the transport

We confirm the transport conditions, deadlines, loading procedure and other information needed for safe transport.

  4. Transport and coordination

We coordinate loading, transport and delivery and keep the client informed about the progress of the order.
