Complex cargo: crane lifting large industrial equipment onto a multi-axle flatbed

Logistics for complex cargo, from the plan to delivery

We organise the transport of non-standard and project cargo in Lithuania and across Europe. We assess the cargo, choose the transport solution and coordinate carriers, the route and the other logistics stages.

When one shipment is not enough

The whole logistics process in one pair of hands

Project Cargo covers organising the transport of complex, non-standard or multi-stage cargo. Choosing a truck and semi-trailer is often not enough for such a project: everyone involved, the loading equipment, the route, the deadlines and the delivery conditions all have to be coordinated.

Once we have assessed the cargo and the project requirements, we draw up an individual logistics plan. We choose suitable vehicles and carriers, coordinate the loading and delivery stages and manage the flow of information between all parties.

  • Cargo and project assessment

We analyse the dimensions, weight, structure, loading options and delivery conditions.

  • Choosing the transport solution

We choose a suitable vehicle or a combination of different transport solutions.

  • Coordinating partners and stages

We coordinate carriers, lifting equipment and the loading and unloading teams.

  • Transport control

We track the project progress and deadlines and keep the client informed about the key transport stages.

How is a project organised?

From the technical brief to final delivery

Every piece of project cargo is assessed individually. We build the transport plan around the cargo properties, route, deadlines and the loading and unloading options.

  1. We gather project information

We assess the cargo dimensions, weight, structure, number of parts, technical drawings, loading site and final delivery conditions.

  2. We prepare the logistics solution

We choose the vehicles, plan the transport stages and assess the need for additional lifting equipment, special permits or other solutions.

  3. We coordinate everyone involved

We align the actions and schedules of carriers, loading and unloading teams, equipment operators and other project partners.

  4. We oversee the transport

We monitor the planned stages, stay in touch with the project participants and keep the client informed until the cargo reaches the agreed place.

Completed transports

Cargo that standard solutions cannot handle

From industrial equipment and agricultural machinery to energy structures and exceptional project cargo. Every transport is planned around the dimensions, weight and delivery conditions of the specific load.

What information should an inquiry include?

To prepare the right logistics solution, please include the technical data you have and the main project conditions with your inquiry. If some information is still missing, we will help you work out what needs to be clarified.

The sooner we receive the main project data, the more accurately we can assess the transport options, deadlines and resources needed.
